Meena Dhillon (she/her), is a lawyer at MD Law Corporation. She is a Canadian born Punjabi Sikh child of immigrants. Meena’s legal practice is focused on dispute resolution/collaborative law, children’s law, child welfare and wills/estates. She is passionate about social justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.  Meena is a co-founder, past chair and the Managing Lawyer of the South Asian Legal Clinic of BC, the first ethno-linguistic legal clinic in BC. 

 

As a former social worker/supervisor with MCFD, Meena is now dedicated to advocating for children and families to receive racially equitable and culturally relevant child welfare services that are rooted in transparency and accountability.
